Apple Juice Concentrate

Apple Juice concentrate (AJC) is obtained from fresh apple juice that has been dehydrated to remove a significant portion of the water. This concentration process allows for a product that retains the flavor, aroma, and nutrients of the original fruit but in a denser and easier-to-store format, good for transportation as well.

Our AJC 70brix offers in different colour (light penetration 60~80%), acidity (1~1.2) and patulin (<10ppb). It can used in various food and beverage production processes. Primarily it is used as a base for fruit juices, ciders, and flavored drinks, and also serves as a natural sweetener and flavor enhancer in baked goods, dairy products, and other food items.
