Cocoa Powders

Cocoa Nibs

Sometimes referred as cacao nibs, Cocoa nibs are a minimally processed form of cocoa, are used in food production for their intense chocolate flavor and crunchy texture. They are versatile ingredients, adding a chocolatey dimension to both sweet and savory dishes. Applications include: Snacking; backing; toppings; energy balls; smoothies and oatmeal; salads; sauces and marinades; savory crusts; trail mix and granola; beverages.

Cocoa liquor or cocoa mass

Cocoa mass, also known as cocoa liquor, is a key ingredient in food production, particularly in the creation of chocolate and other chocolate-based products. It’s the pure, unprocessed cocoa product derived from roasted and ground cocoa beans.
